Expedited 2 hour mediation sessions are available for simple two party cases (not including divorce or family law). Two hour mediation sessions are charged at a rate of $400.00 per party (2 party cases only).
3 hour sessions are also available for simple two party cases at a rate of $550.00, but are not recommended for multi-party or family law cases. These sessions will be scheduled at the following times:
9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. $550.00 per party
1:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. $550.00 per party
4 hour sessions are available at request only and are not recommended for family law cases at a rate of $675.00.
Full day mediation sessions are available with lunch to be provided by the mediator. This session will be scheduled at the following time:
9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. $1,500.00 per party*
*The mediator is committed to working on the case throughout the evening if necessary. The first additional hour is free. Additional hours are charged at the rate of $325/hour (to be split amongst the parties).
Nancy does not charge for reasonable travel (within one hour of any of the locations listed below) or in cities outside her immediate service area if three or more mediations are scheduled for the same day in that location.
All mediation fees are due seven days in advance of a scheduled mediation via credit card payment, Paypal or law firm check. To make a payment, click here.
Currently, Nancy does not charge a cancellation fee, so long as this privilege is not abused. She requests that any party needing to cancel make every effort to do so at least seven days before the scheduled mediation.
